Luxing Successfully Completed the Production of Continuous Geared Hinges and Delivered to a Major Client

In early July this year, we entered into a strategic partnership with a well-known domestic client, officially launching mass production of continuous geared hinges. After more than a month of intensive work, by mid-August, all products had been successfully manufactured and delivered, fully meeting the client’s delivery goals.

In this cooperation project, we strictly followed customer requirements and international standards. Every stage of the process, from raw materials to finished products, was carried out with high precision and efficiency. In the production workshop, each step was closely connected, ensuring both product quality and timely delivery:

Material Cutting: High-precision cutting equipment was used to ensure accurate aluminum profile dimensions.

Slotting Process: CNC machines carried out fine machining, ensuring a rigorous structure and high fitting accuracy of the geared hinges.

Drilling Process: Accurate positioning guaranteed stability and reliability in subsequent assembly.

Packaging Stage: All qualified products were uniformly protected with secure packaging to ensure safe transportation.

Throughout the production cycle, our quality control team closely monitored every step, ensuring that each batch of products met the client’s strict standards.
