1.Basic concepts and main uses
Basic concept: continuous gear hinge is a special hinge, which realizes continuous rotation or folding function through a series of intermeshing gears. This design enables the continuous gear hinge to keep stable and smooth movement when opening and closing, and at the same time can bear a large load: the maximum weight can be 250kg.
Main uses: widely used in various occasions that need smooth rotation or folding, such as doors and windows, furniture, industrial equipment and so on. It can provide stable support and rotation functions, and ensure the normal operation of mechanical movement and its long service life.
2.Manufacturing materials and preparation
Manufacturing materials: hinge manufacturing materials usually include stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other metal materials, as well as plastic, nylon and other non-metal materials. These materials have excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, and can meet the needs of different occasions. Our continuous gear hinge is made of 6063 T5 aluminum alloy, which is waterproof, fireproof and has strong corrosion resistance.
Preparation: Before production, detailed drawing design and material preparation are needed. Drawing design should include parameters such as the size, shape and number of gears of continuous gear hinge, so as to ensure that the produced hinge meets the design requirements. At the same time, you need to prepare the required materials and tools, such as metal material cutting machine, gear mold, CNC, punch, etc. We have five standard drawings and dies for continuous gear pages, and customers can customize them according to their needs, including the size, length and shape of hinges. 3.Manufacturing steps and processing technology
Gear manufacturing: First, according to the design requirements of the drawings, design a new mold to ensure that the tooth profile and pitch of the gear meet the design requirements, use aluminum alloy to extrude the shape through the mold, cut it into a certain length, cool it, and send it to an aging furnace for aging treatment to strengthen its strength and hardness.
Hinge assembly: Assemble the machined gears according to the design requirements. During the assembly process, attention should be paid to the meshing degree and rotation flexibility of gears to ensure that the continuous gear hinge can keep stable and smooth movement when it is opened and closed. At the same time, it is necessary to fix the gear on the main structure of the hinge by drilling and screwing.
Surface treatment: In order to improve the corrosion resistance and aesthetics of the continuous gear hinge, we will carry out surface treatment on it, including anodizing and spraying. These treatments can form a protective film on the surface of the hinge to prevent it from being damaged by oxidation and corrosion, and make its appearance more beautiful.
4.Quality inspection and debugging
Quality inspection: after the production of continuous gear hinges is completed, strict quality inspection is needed. The detection contents include the degree of gear bite, rotation flexibility, rotation times, bearing capacity and so on. Quality inspection can ensure that the produced hinges meet the design requirements and use standards.
